5. Liability and Damage

5.2 We take reasonable care to prevent damage to your property. Any accidental damage will be reported immediately and handled according to our insurance policy.
5.3 We are not responsible for damage to items that are extremely fragile, unstable, or not secured properly, unless we were specifically notified in advance.
5.4 Clients must notify us of any damage claims within 24 hours of the cleaning service.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made.
6.2 We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and credit card.
6.3 Late payments may incur additional fees and suspension of future services.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information about property conditions and cleaning requirements
- Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or personal items before cleaning
- Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning staff
- Notify us of any hazardous materials, pests, or unsafe conditions
